As with everything else in New Orleans we take something a mold it to make it our own. That theory wasn’t missed in our drinks, such as the Sazerac. It’s a Old Fashion with a New Orleans twist. It’s concocted from Rye Whiskey, Bitters, a Sugar cube, and a splash of Absinthe. We love our drinks so much that in 2008 that a bill was drafted to proclaim the Sazerac as New Orleans’ official cocktail.
